Todd was fantastic to work with in selling our home. He walked us through every phase of the process and gave us great input on getting the house ready to sell. His knowledge helped us feel comfortable with setting a price and made the entire process very easy. He made himself available for calls or texts while we navigated through multiple offers, and helped guide us in choosing an offer that was perfect for us! He was a pleasure to work with! Todd is the best. I am naturally a very picky person and Todd has been so incredible to work with for my husband and I. He has helped show us multiple homes and has worked with our challenging schedules, being patient with us all along the way. He has given very good input (when we ask) on every home and has led us to the home we are in the process of buying! He never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, he is truly good at what he does - and he is just a genuinely great guy on top of that! I don't know how we could have done it without him and we couldn't imagine working through this with anyone else. We highly recommend Todd!

He listens to your wants and needs and finds the right house that you probably never would have found on your own. He's the greatest and that's why we've recommended him to everyone we know and has helped us and several friends find their homes. You won't find anyone better!!

Never had anyone actually give me good and bad advise on a house. I am a single woman and was a little nervous about buying a house. Todd guided me through the pros and cons of each house. Instead of a pushy salesperson just looking for his next commission he really cared and steered me in the right direction. I love my house and couldn't be happier with my decision.
